Vendors Agreement

  Food & Beverage Vendor / Non-Food Vendor

It is agreed that vendor shall rent a concession space located on the grounds at:

North Elliott Place Brooklyn NY 11205.

​

The space size agreed to is issued according to Vendors request and shall be identified at the site by a issued site Number

​

limited space, all access passes, trash pickup, security shall be provided by 7ASF

​

a customer base and other provisions provided by 7ASF, vendor agrees to 

​

pay the amount of:

 

    10 x 10  Non Food $150/ Food $200

    10 x 20  Non Food $250/ Food $300  

    10 x 30  Non Food $300/ Food $400

    Food Truck $300

    Mobile/ Handheld $75

    Table without Canopy $50

    Non Profit 4x4 Table $25 

    Community Tables (FREE)

NO camping is offered to vendor or vendor may choose to pay for nearby accommodations.

​

It is agreed that vendor shall abide by the rules and access policies set forth in the addendum Rules Agreement (which is implied by submitting to  this agreement’s submission).

​

Vendor agrees to abide by all local, state and federal laws pertaining to their sales of goods at the event.

​

It is agreed that _7ASF  is responsible for presenting a  1 day music festival and for advertising aggressively to the public to create a flow of customers.

​

It is agreed that vendor is responsible for paying all local, state and federal taxes.

​

It is agreed that vendor is responsible for providing all insurance coverage needs required by the county.

​

It is agreed that there are no refunds under any circumstances.
